Interesting Machines LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AppFrame3D Studio (the "Service"), a browser-based tool for designing App Store and Google Play screenshots. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service:

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account.
Design content: Project data you create — screenshots you upload, layout configurations, text, and settings — is stored so you can access and edit it across sessions and devices.
Billing information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your card number. We do receive your subscription status and plan tier to unlock the corresponding features.
Feedback submissions: If you submit a bug report, feature request, or feedback, we store the message and (if you provide one) your email address so we can follow up.
Local device storage: We use your browser's localStorage to cache an unsaved working draft (so you don't lose work on refresh) and to apply basic rate-limiting to feedback submissions. This data stays on your device.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service (save/sync your projects, enforce storage quotas, authenticate you).
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To respond to support and feedback requests.
To diagnose and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Hosting) — Google Cloud Platform.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
images.weserv.nl — a CORS-safe image proxy used only at export time to fetch remote screenshot assets so they can be bundled into your downloaded ZIP file. Only image URLs already present in your project pass through this proxy.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual projects at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data, contact us at the address below — we will process the request within a reasonable time.

5. Data Security

Your project data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by Firestore/Storage security rules that restrict access to your own authenticated account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
